Simon Rayner - Managing Director
Founder, Simon's main role is managing the overall business of To-Go. He also works as Financial Director constantly looking at ways to develop new systems to further improve production of the overall operation. Simon brings a wealth of business and catering knowledge to To-Go. Simon has over 17 years experience in professional catering.

Background:
Simon started his working career at major sporting events, such as, Henley Royal Regatta. He went on to working overseas in various restaurants and help set up 160 cover restaurant in Mombassa, Kenya. His career enabled him to travel extensively around the world and he eventually settled back in UK securing a prestigious role as Catering Manager and Licensee at Wembley Stadium. He organised catering for all major sporting and music events.
He later moved onto London to work as 'On location' manager at the Guild Halls in the City London, where he was responsible for front of house operations.
Simon then worked for Breadwinner as a senior production manager and spent 6 years building the brand into a market leader. The company then sold to Hazelwood Foods for £14m. Simon stayed on to develop and manage new production lines which produced over 70,000 sandwiches a day for major supermarkets such as Sainsburys. It was here he first met David, who become the other founder of To-Go.
