It thereby, occurred to us we needed to invest into the personnel side of our business and we have recently taken on an external consultant, Sapphire McCullough a respected quality guru well known in her field of expertise, of quality & standards compliance management. Sapphire is passionate about quality, approachable and is our clients’ quality ambassador within our company. DNV Quality Assessors have agreed to assess us for our conformity to ISO9001 early 2011.
