The Reading office provides independent consulting engineering to clients on a wide range of projects worldwide. Encompassing such areas as process, transportation, water, energy, the environment, finance and commerce, civil engineering, buildings, and defense. There are approximately 500 staff on site at any time plus visitors.
The Brief
Jacobs brief was to utilise existing canteen, kitchen areas and provide a quality 'grab & go' breakfast and lunch café, staff with professionals and service their hospitality and corporate meetings and events.
To-Go Solution
To-Go’s solution was to re-design existing space and turn this into a highly efficient, modern style café, offering a full range of quality freshly made sandwiches, paninis, salads and sundry items and combine this with their own Barista trained staff.
The Results
We have successfully established an operation that is unique mix between a high street coffee shop & a contemporary deli bar. The Café is now multi-functional, being used throughout the day for meetings and refreshments. It currently caters for over 500 people every day.
To-Go Catering now provides, refreshments, buffet style meals and corporate catering to Jacobs.
